What type of speakers do we usually invite?

This really depends on your local community. Focus on what content they will like and benefit from the most. In general, we invite founders, entrepreneurs, CEOs (or other C-level executives), VCs etc. to share their stories. Feel free to also host interesting personalities (athletes, celebrities) if you think they will attract bigger crowd. At the end of the day, even athletes & celebrities have a lot of traits in common with entrepreneurs.
