What is the difference between team members and co-directors?

A co-director gets greater levels of access in the dashboard, an SG email address (limit 2 emails per chapter including the Director), and options to participate in the Director retreat at the Global event. Co-directors are expected to help consistently and for a long term in your chapter.  Team members do not get these things and can be more transitional.  You can add team members to your chapter, yourself, but co-directors must go through the application process and be approved by HQ: www.startupgrind.com/start.
