How To Report Technical Issues

During your day-to-day activities you might run into issues with the systems you use. When this happens we’d like to be notified of the issue so we can fix it, but to help us do our job better and faster we need as much information as possible about the problem.

When reporting issues from now on, please use the template below as far as possible - be sure to supply as much detail (and even screenshots) as possible.

What I did:

  • I logged on to system X and clicked on Y.
  • I tried to add another XY.
  • I added the following values to the form and tried to save.

What went wrong:

  • I received an error message.
  • I was not allowed to save.
  • etc.

I tried to fix it by doing the following:

  • I logged out and in again, thinking this would fix it.
  • The system X would not log me back in.
  • etc.

Has this happened before:

Yes, this happens every time I try repeat the steps above.

If this has happened before, what was done to fix it:

The system X was reset by the Community Team and this fixed the issue.
