What is the Director Portal?

The Director Portal is the new platform for our Director community to connect with other Directors, a way to continually up-level your skills, and showcase achievements throughout the time within the Startup Grind Community. 

You should have received an email with the instructions to join the Director Portal. If you haven't received anything, reach out to ford@startupgrind.com to get access. 

Launching the Chapter Director Certification Course

If you are an existing Chapter Director and have not completed the cohort training we are now offering an ongoing training course where you can up-level your skills and get a refresher on how to host world class events and become officially certified. 

Step 1: Log into members.startupgrind.com with the link you have received to your SG email address and reset your password. 
Step 2: Set up your profile.

Step 3: Go to My Courses to find the Chapter Director Certification Course.

Step 4: Start the first lesson by clicking on the first lesson in the column left. To proceed to the next topic, mark it complete and it will take you to the next topic.

Step 5: Take the final quiz to complete the course in order to receive your Chapter Director certificate and your badge.

After completing the final quiz, your community manager will review your submission. Upon approval, you will find your certificate under 'My certificates' to download.


Where can I find my achievements?

To see all your badges, go to your Profile and to Achievements. All badges you have been awarded will appear in the list.
