What if I am payment lead in multiple chapters?

There are scenarios when a director is leading multiple chapter, and he/she is setup as payment lead for all the chapters. In such scenario, the director dose not need to have multiple Payoneer accounts for each chapter.

If a director/user is payment lead in multiple chapters and has set up Payoneer in one of his/her chapters, he/she will be able to submit event invoices via Payoneer in other chapters where they are payment lead without setting up Payoneer a for second time. It should just work.
