1. Get Ready for Global

135 directors will be travelling to San Francisco, California, USA in just a few days time for the biggest annual Startup Grind gathering: our flagship Global Conference. Everyone is super pumped to see once again old friends and meet in person new Directors, putting a face to a name! We have prepared an amazing schedule to make the experience unforgettable. Stay tuned as we announce the final details of the Conference! Thank you to all Directors who have offered their help as Stage Managers at the break out sessions and thank you all in advance for all your help during the conference. 2. Directors Retreat

Making a trip to Redwood city is not easy for everyone. Some travel 20+ hours, or even up to 2 days! The Directors Retreat is designed to make the most of out of your time and add insane value to the ones that are crazy enough to jump on a plane and join us. There will be many sessions, workshops and networking opportunities for both new Directors and more experienced ones. 3. 400 Chapters

Our community continuous growth shows no signs of slowing down. We welcomed 25 new chapters from all around the world, bringing the active total chapters to 400! Thank you all for making the new Directors feel like home from day 1: Mareike from Berlin (Germany) joined right after Christmas and has already been meeting Marian in London (UK) and other German directors. That’s what Startup Grind is all about. Making friends, not just contacts.

Tel Aviv Our Israeli community had a unique event, right on New Years Eve! What a way to welcome 2018 in style together with Startup Grind!

Melbourne Startup Grind’s wide reach goes all the way from California to Australia. Melbourne had one more full house event with the Aussies packing the auditorium.

Tangier We our proud to welcome one more chapter in Morocco, the North African country that now has 9 active chapters. Here’s Tangier big bang launch!

Wichita speaking of successful launches, Wichita couldn’t have done it better in their very first event being absolutely packed.

Athens Blockchain is so hot right now it’s not even funny. Standing room only with Greeks falling in love with the hyper trend of our days.

Guayaquil one more chapter launch, this time in the beautiful country of Ecuador. We educate, inspire and connect entrepreneurs everywhere! 

Shenzhen is also riding on the blockchain wave. This month the local team hosted a full-house event with a speaker from Berkeley and Silicon Valley based blockchain VC.
