Bevy Sponsors, Partners & Invoicing
Last year we had a strange increase in issues between some sponsors and their local chapters. These issues have steadily progressed requiring HQ to get more involved with some local sponsors and their chapters to help mediate these issues. It has started to become difficult to differentiate who's involved with the chapter, how they're involved with the chapter, and what deliverables are expected from both parties.
We are also working with Bevy to clean up the sponsor and partner database across the entire SG Community. Some of this data is over 10 years old, and is in drastic need of updating. As explained in the Director webinar on Thursday, as of Friday March 29th, you will be unable to add sponsors or partners to your chapter via the old process on Bevy, and will instead be required to submit a new Airtable form. When submitting the form, you can now automatically generate new sponsorship invoices that get sent to both you and your sponsors instantly, and can receive updates via email when invoices are paid.
On April 5th, Bevy will be removing all sponsors and partners from the database. You have between now and April 4th to submit this form and provide us with a list of sponsors and/or partners that you would like to have re-added to your Chapter after this database cleanup is complete. We will ensure all submitted sponsors and partners are added back to your chapter from April 8th.
