Can I sell tickets off platform (external ticketing)?
In some situations, yes. BUT your city must be eligible and you have to give us a proper reasoning why you cannot sell tickets on the platform. 98% of the chapters in our community sell tickets on Startup Grind platform without any restrictions. Please Note:
- Keep in mind that if you sell the tickets off platform you will have to wire 20% of all revenues to HQ.
- You need to update your ticket count in the "off-platform" section of the event "wrap-up" - see HERE
